Ross Pascal
PARTNER
As Founder and Managing Partner of NewDelta Capital Partners, Ross has, for over 35 years, been an active entrepreneur and investor in and advisor to numerous consumer brands and projects. Ross has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller and earlier stage companies. Ross has also been an active investor in early-stage consumer companies and in commercial real estate.
Prior to NewDelta Capital, Ross was a co-founder of BW Realty Advisors, an investment banking firm with offices in Boston and Washington DC which specialized in advising and raising capital for sports, entertainment other commercial projects, including the $800 million financing of a federal agency's new headquarters, advising a Native American tribe on building a new casino in a major US city, and advising two major league baseball teams on the financing of their new stadiums.
Before founding BW Realty Advisors, Ross was a Senior Partner at Dechert LLP, a 1,000 attorney law firm. At Dechert and at prior law firms, Ross concentrated on structuring, negotiating and closing large commercial real estate and merger and acquisition transactions for Fortune 500 corporations and capital markets companies in the US, Europe and the Far East.
Ross graduated from the University of Michigan and Northwestern Law School, each “with distinction”.

Ahsan Hayat
Ahsan has over 9 years of finance, consulting and banking experience. He has worked in corporate banking managing debt facilities for portfolio companies in the textiles and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, and also worked in finance for pharmaceutical/healthcare space companies, managing project for clinical trials, consulting and various product lines, while being involved with business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
At NewDelta, Ahsan has been involved in several transaction in the consumer and healthcare sectors. He helped clients develop their growth strategies, analyze the expansionary feasibility for these strategies, and make recommendations by thoroughly studying the company’s business model and growth potential within its industry. Ahsan holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Babson College, and a BBA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

David is an outstanding leader in the restaurant and beverage spaces with the rare combination of successful operational and financial experience. He has been a Strategic Partner with NewDelta for over 7 years and during that time has worked on numerous engagements with our firm in, primarily, the restaurant space. During his career, he has held C-Level positions at Taco Cabana (CFO), Taco Bueno (CFO), and Bertucci’s Restaurant Group (CEO). He has been on numerous Boards including Cosi, Uno’s Restaurants, b.Good, and Boqueria Restaurants. He also worked with beverages companies, including Liquiteria and Private Equity firms, including Highland Capital.
